I am here to meet you where you are and to support you on the journey to who you want to be. I am completing master's degrees in clinical mental health counseling and art therapy through Emporia State University. We will talk through your needs and goals and can use art mediums to express what words cannot. I use an integrated approach to ensure that each person is treated as an individual with unique needs. I have a passion for helping people process trauma, adopt positive coping skills, and reflect on their progress along the way.
