1
Family Systems Therapy
Family systems therapy is an approach used to understand how the behaviors of individuals impact the overall family dynamics. Families are considered as a whole and members are guided to see how interactions impact family functioning. Family members learn how to support and help each other reach a healthy family system.
2
Filial Play Therapy
Filial therapy is an approach used to support parental involvement in the therapy process to support connection with their child. The primary focus is in training parent(s) to effectively respond to their child(ren) during exploration (play). The family learns boundaries, healthy attachment, and social skills.
