1
Child-Centered Play Therapy
CCPT is a non-directive approach that allows a child to explore and play within a strategically set up playroom. Through this process the therapist supports the child in developing language and processing experiences through verbal reflections.
2
Sandtray Therapy
Sandtray is a therapeutic approach that allows for non-verbal processing. Sandtray is an expressive therapy that lets the client tell their story through a visual representation. This integrates well with other approaches to aid in reaching goals. Sandtray is great for pre-teens, teens, adults, and couples.
