Therapy for Adolecents and Adults
I work with adolescents ages 10–18 and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, family challenges, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday life. I enjoy helping clients feel heard and supported while working through challenges that may be affecting their emotional well-being, relationships, school, work, or daily functioning.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and person-centered. I work to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where children, adolescents, and adults can feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their experiences. I use developmentally appropriate, evidence-informed interventions to help clients identify emotions, build coping skills, improve communication, recognize strengths, and work toward goals that are meaningful to them.
The goal is for clients to gain a better understanding of themselves, strengthen coping and communication skills, increase confidence, and feel more equipped to manage difficult emotions and life challenges. For younger clients, this may also include improved emotional expression, healthier relationships, and stronger skills for navigating challenges at home, school, and in everyday life.

About Me
Supervision
I am currently an intern therapist pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Social Work from Missouri Baptist University. I am under the supervision of Shara McGlothan, DMFT, LMFT (Missouri 2021045397), LCMFT (Kansas- 03286).
Personal
Outside of work, I love reading, going for walks, and spending time with my family. I’m also a huge animal lover; between two dogs, two cats, and four reptiles, my house is basically a small zoo! I also have an interest in cars and hope to own a Nissan 350Z someday. I enjoy the simple things, learning about whatever catches my interest, and finding reasons to laugh along the way
